Every week, I aim to discover something new to eat. Birthday Paella and Baked Penne. The first thing that came to mind was the remaining bag of San Remo penne from Christmas! When my pasta, sauce was ready, I let it stand for 5 mins before I mix with the penne. I topped it with Eden quick melt cheese and baked for 30 mins. It was a carbo-loaded lunch indeed! My Thai inspired chicken curry.
